Another Lux project we did for a builder on Green Lake near Caledon Village.

All materials are steel to give this waterfront home a modern look. The siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough and window capping are all custom fabricated pieces and all require a locking trim piece to make the home water tight.

It gives the home a very high end look, but more importantly, it functions as a very efficient home.

Fun fact, Green lake is a small body of water that was developed by former Toronto Maple Leaf owner and GM Conn Symthe. There is another story that Bobby Orr had his bachelor party at a neighbouring house but details are sketchy at best.
